Copyright Infringement?!

Two of my deviations have been deleted, apparantly due to a opyright infringement. My most favourited deviation 'Eevee recolours' and my Miyo sprite. Arghhh. I thought I had put proper copyright information on it. Damn, damn, damn. Thats SO annoying. I mean why? I had given information that stated that the original Pokemon were not mine, and the website I got these from states, and I quote, "All the sprites are straight from the games, so you don't need to give credit for them."

Hmph.
